First post.

Hi tumblr :) 

Well this my first post I don’t really know what to put. 

But I promised myself I’d start keeping a food diary so I’ll do it on here, like a food blog moreless.

Today 16th of October

Bacon and Egg muffin- I don’t even know how many calories that is.

Diet coke- that was about one calorie 

Black Currant juice- 5 I think. 

I’ve also done about half an hour cardio but I don’t think that’ll make a dent at all. :/
