I’m in keeping with my goal weight and time and date.
I lost more than I wanted too in the one and half week. Which may be a good thing, but I’m eating a bit extra so I can mantain the weight because i don’t want to randomly go out and have a nice meal when I’m at my destine weight and find out I’ve put on loads of weight the next morning.
Still I’m doing pretty dam well if I say so myself :)
